This weeks session will help you get a snapshot of who and what matters to you most in your life, and in what way. This exercise is often used by therapists to delve deeper into the unconscious in a gentle and revealing way. This was one of the lessons in my Therapy Toolbox course a couple of years ago.
Freud compared the psyche to an iceberg. The tip above the water is our awareness, or conscious mind. The ice underneath the water is our unconscious, with many more processes going on out of our awareness.
This exercise will help you learn about your unconscious attitude to current relationships, and important people in your life, to lead to awareness, acceptance, or change.
