Yeah it's really a beautiful thing to be witnessed. I remember when I worked in America and all the kids were in therapy and I was so curious that it was a 'normal' part of growing up. I love therapy so so much.
It is a beautiful thing! I feel the therapy culture there is different, here it’s good to actually finish therapy rather than go on and on forever, but for some of us we need to, or want to continue, of course, we learn and grow so much!
I still write letters to my former therapist from time to time (no cringe/stalking, she actually is curious to get an update about my life from time to time). And therefore, it was initially the name of your publication which made me subscribe instantly 🥰
My last four years were about the start to rekindle my childhood dream(s): Working in marine research. And now I am trying my best to stumble around in this beautiful mess I caused - and am using any gentle nudge and tool to re-learn how to connect with my inner compass (and balance my nervous system).

Congratulations, this is inspiring! I only just started and am trying to figure it all out as I go. I switched on paid subscriptions a few days ago and that took some serious peer pressure/support from my Substack friends here. It's nice to read stories like these 😊
