12 Therapeutic Journaling Questions for a Peaceful Christmas. Let’s honour our strangely shaped lives, our wide ranging emotions, our pain and difficulty, whilst seeking joy, support, compassion and hope. Maybe we’ll find some fun along the way.
I loved your list of joyful Christmas moments, Kate. I've been struggling this year with my perpetual role of host, chief cook and organizer at Christmas time and these moments reminded me that I am fortunate to have a family to cook for, people in my life who want to come here and spend time together, and the many, many moments just like you described that unfold during the day.
I’m glad to hear that Jan, thank you for reading. Hopefully Christmas and the new year may be a little less interesting and more peaceful. All the best to you too ⭐️
Kate, thank you so much for this. It was the first thing I saw when I opened my inbox — and I really needed it. With a family member being in hospital since Saturday, Christmas won’t feel like Christmas at all. But your reminder to still make the best of the situation regardless has really eased my mind.
Sorry to hear about your loved one Jenna, we have to be kind with our differently shaped Christmases. My father just got out of hospital so we are grateful he’s home. I hope you find some peace and joy in the coming days. ⭐️🙏🏻

Hahaha! No question!
