My treat always used to be chocolate or something else food related - so I’ve been trying to move away from that. Reading, hammock time when it’s warm enough, walking the dog, a sea swim (also when warm enough, I’m out of practice with the cold water), playing (I’ve recently got into Lego again ;) but it’s an expensive hobby so only occasionally build something). There’s plenty I would like to do more of. Cooking from scratch, painting and taking days out just for me 💚
Such a lovely list, do you ever get second hand Lego? It is so expensive isn't it! I'm also trying to give up chocolate it's very difficult, grapes and raisins help a bit! 😅
These are lovely; thank you very much! I'm now trying to give myself a bit of extra time in bed at the weekend in the mornings. The cats sit either side of me and purr and it makes me feel cherished.
What a lovely list! I’m reading it whilst lying on the sofa with one of cats next to me and the other one asleep on top of me - self-care in practice! ❤️
That is mystifying- the idea that self care is for wealthy people only. I think many of us know deep down that it's free. What a good post Kate, thank you!
What a lovely list! I'm off to make my bed (not that I don't do it usually!), but I will do it with a little more love this morning. Thank you, Kate. xx
For me, I love making sure the kitchen is super tidy before I have my coffee. I enjoy it more and the tidy calms me. Also sitting on my balcony and listening watching the birds in all the trees. Waiting for the hummingbirds to stop by is the best and takes patience, but when it happens, it's such a boost!
What’s on your list? ☺️
Create art every day...write, draw, paint, dance, sing - whatever. Just play 😊
Love this Kate 😍 Particularly number 9.. "Oooo" - so cute! 😁
Haha! I’m sure that’s how they’d sound! Xx

I haven’t bought second hand Lego yet - but not averse to it if I can be sure all the pieces are there!!
I’d rather have a small amount of dark chocolate than raisins ;). Grapes are ok, I just worry about the dog getting them! She’s crafty like that ;)
Yes keep them away from the dog! I found the raisins were good at preventing too many chocolate squares!

That sounds lovely jan, you aren't the only cat snuggler here either! 🐱🐱

Yes I think online life has trained people to think we must buy more stuff we don’t need!
This is a great list Kate and very excited for the Intentional Living Workbook. Thank you 🙏
Thanks Emily! What’s on your list? ✨
I think my go to’s are a walk, bath, reading, journaling and sleep!
A lovely mix ☺️🌱✨

Ah that’s good, do everything with love! 🧡
Love all of these suggestions.

That sounds idyllic Gayle! And tidying definitely has its rewards! 🙏🏻😄

Thank you Lisa! ✨
