What is your experience of meditation and visualisation? For me, it can be transformative!

I have meditated at least once a day for many, many years now. Along with drinking lots of water, it's part of my recipe for a good life. In the good times and the hard times.

What a wonderful selection of meditations you have shared here Kate. So grateful and I will enjoy working my way through them. x

I go through stages of meditating daily and then nothing x I pick the practice up and down but I know I can come back to it with no judgement x thanks for the reminder x

Thanks Jo, I have been similar, no judgement! I noticed a while ago I wanted it to be more of a routine again so build it into my day again. I like creative visualisation too, it can be so transformative! 🙏🏻
