Hi friends
I hope youβre well. Itβs been a difficult month for me, with a close family member gravely ill in hospital, so I am supporting them and my family as much as I can. Facing mortality brings the beauty and transience of our lives into sharp focus.
I find great solace in my creative work, both in making jewellery and in writing for my community in Letters from Therapy. I am more than happy to keep writing The Bloom Sessions for you for self discovery during this time, in fact, I am even more determined. My body and soul are alive with urgency, that we each give our true self a shot in this world. That we do what is most meaningful as often as we can. The world needs more truth, and it starts with us.
The Bloom Sessions are designed for this, a great way to do therapeutic work without visiting a therapist.

This weeks Bloom Session is a catch up week, which Iβll do every forth week, so you can review and solidify your discoveries, with room to breathe. Read over your notes and absorb those insights that strengthen your true self.
In therapy, people often revisit the same themes from all angles. Incongruences are processed, βfiledβ or let go. We also strengthen reclaimed lost parts of self, and bring into the open and our daily life.
