I'm still thinking about developing the qualities I really value in others - kindness, compassion, tolerance. Rather than feeling 'less' because I am not successful, clever, popular etc...

My morning meditation includes a mantra which begins 'firmly establish your intention to live your life for the healing of the world...' Helps me set my intention, and think through what it means for the day, who I will meet and so on. Getting the balance with self-care is challenging my thinking atm ๐Ÿ˜Š
