Hi friends
It’s a long weekend here in the U.K. and since it’s Easter maybe you’ll spend time with friends and family, or perhaps you’ll be able to catch up at home? Holidays can make a good time for reflection, on your life and relationships, a time to test and build and bond. Also to let go of what doesn’t serve you, and resurrect your truest version of you, improving your life and relationships.
Clear Your Unhelpful Thought Patterns
This post is the second part of how common distorted thinking patterns can ruin our sense of ourselves, of others and our life. Something to chew over this weekend?
I have had clients who have lived a whole life where their thoughts are out of kilter with who they and others really are. We can even end up stuck in a life that doesn’t suit us. This can lead to a sense of despair at the end of our lives when the truth of the self-imposed limitations comes into view - when it’s too late.
If you are a free subscriber, you’re welcome here. I will be posting free less often so if you still want weekly therapeutic posts with worksheets, you can upgrade before I raise the annual subscription, still only £3.33 per month! Let’s bring light to the world with self awareness, acceptance and deeper meaning.
What would you like to resurrect in yourself? Let us know in the comments, please press the little heart, and share this with someone who might find it helpful! 🙏🏻
