I hope January is being gentle and kind to you.

I recorded this video so you can better understand what the Friday Bloom Sessions are, and I hope you’ll join in. I often like to see the faces behind the writing and thought you might feel the same!

The Bloom Sessions 🌱🌷

Starting on Friday at 10am U.K. time, I’ll create and share transformative therapeutic journaling and self-discovery exercises on topics often explored in therapy.

Uncover and release hidden patterns that could be harming you, challenge limiting beliefs that hold you back, gain clarity, understand yourself better, and bloom in your life!

Our topic this week is Radical Self-Acceptance. 🌱🌷

These sessions are delivered to your inbox and will be available here on Substack, with a view to:
