Sometimes it's hard to imagine forgiving those who've hurt you, and there is no pressure here to forgive. We must be ready, which can take time. However, it is often a necessary step in your own personal growth. If we can't or won't forgive, whatever hurt and pain can stay within us, corroding our own wellbeing.

This guided meditation will help you to forgive - for your benefit, not theirs.
