I have been returning to a routine after my father’s hospitalisation in January, able to focus on my own work and life again. The spring energy is lighting up all the cells in my body!
Structure is hard when you are self-employed and an empty nester - we have to make our own. There is a concept called ‘structure hunger’ - ie, we crave structure to create a sense of stability and purpose in life. I am sure the exercises in the Bloom into Spring Workshop helped me get back to it. What happened for you? Did you give it a go? There is an audio version and an abridged text version as well as a video - all evergreen and it relevant wherever you live in the world!
I am also buzzing as my daughter comes home from university this weekend for a month, so the energy will change around here even more! 💫
